Terms & Conditions Prada4D —
Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Member

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "you") and prada4d ("Platform", "Company", "we", or "prada4d"). By registering or using any part of the prada4d platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other digital channel — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms contained herein.

In this Agreement, certain key terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the prada4d.ws website, mobile application, and all digital services offered by the company.
• "Account" refers to the personal account you register at prada4d to access gaming services.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held in your account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, or free spins granted by prada4d to members under specific promotional terms.
• "Rollover" refers to the wagering requirement — i.e., how many times you must wager the bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted.

To register and use the prada4d platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
2. You must be a real individual (not a company, organisation, or other legal entity) registering in your own name.
3. You must be a resident or citizen of Malaysia using the platform within a permitted jurisdiction.
4. You may not register if you have previously self-excluded from the prada4d platform or are currently within a ban period.
5. You must not appear on any list of individuals prohibited from participating in gambling activities by any relevant authority.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account only at prada4d. Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal information, constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your MyKad or Malaysian passport
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your name
• A valid and accessible email address
• A strong and confidential password

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone
• Ensuring that no one else has access to your account
• Notify prada4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Updating your personal information if any details change

All financial transactions on prada4d are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Only Malaysian local payment methods are accepted.

For withdrawal, the following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the prada4d account
• Standard withdrawal processing times: 5–15 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallets; 1–3 hours for FPX bank transfers
• Prada4D does not charge any withdrawal processing fees on our end
• Withdrawals involving bonus funds must first satisfy the applicable rollover requirements

Prada4D offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated on the relevant promotions page:

• Each promotion may only be claimed one time only per account, per individual, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated
• The standard rollover requirement for casino bonuses is 20x – 30x total bonus amount received
• The rollover requirement for Sports Betting and badminton is 5x – 10x bonus amount
• The timeframe to fulfil the rollover requirement is stated in each promotion's terms (typically 7–30 days)
• Prada4D reserves the right to void any bonus upon detecting any attempt at abuse or fraud
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirement

All games available on the prada4d platform — including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), jackpots, and other games — utilise Random Number Generator (RNG) certified and independently audited by an accredited third party.

• The outcome of every game round is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage varies by game — the RTP value for each game can be found in its respective game information
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, prada4d reserves the right to void the affected round and return the remaining stake to the member's account
• All results recorded by the prada4d server are final and binding
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in the event of a technical disruption officially acknowledged by prada4d

Prada4D exclusively uses games from internationally licensed providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and Playtech. All providers are subject to rigorous international auditing standards and certification requirements.

The prada4d sports section covers betting on football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and more), badminton (Malaysia Open, BWF World Tour), e-sports (MLBB MPL Malaysia, DOTA 2), and other sports. The following terms apply specifically to Sports Betting:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except through the Cash Out feature where available (if applicable)
• Bets placed on events that are cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours will be fully refunded to the member's account
• Prada4D reserves the right to restrict or void suspicious bets that may indicate abuse or attempts to manipulate the market
• The odds displayed are those at the time the bet is confirmed — not when it was placed
• For live (in-play) matches, odds can change at any moment and a bet is only valid once confirmed by the prada4d system
• In the event of a dispute over match results, prada4d will refer to the relevant sports governing body (BWF for badminton, FIFA for football) as the final authority

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the prada4d platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and/or forfeiture of account balance:

1. Multiple account registration — creating more than one account, whether using a different name, phone number, email, or any other details
2. Bonus abuse — claiming the same promotion multiple times, sharing accounts to circumvent bonus limits, or colluding with other users to manipulate promotions
3. Money laundering — using the prada4d platform as a vehicle to process or conceal the proceeds of illegal funds
4. Use of automated software — using bots, automated scripts, or any software to gain an unfair advantage in games
5. Collusion — colluding with other players or staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet
6. Providing false information — registering an account using another person's identity or false information
7. Misuse of services — using the platform for purposes other than lawful personal entertainment

Prada4D reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Voluntary self-exclusion request by the member
• Death of the account holder (the remaining balance will be returned to the rightful heir)
• Instructions from the relevant legal authorities
• Account inactive for more than 24 consecutive months
• Failure to verify a member's identity or age within the stipulated timeframe

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the prada4d customer support team. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, subject to the required identity verification.

Prada4D is committed to providing a fully functional and secure platform. However, prada4d is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from game outcomes or bets placed by the member themselves
• Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or technical emergencies beyond our control
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of an account by a third party where the member has failed to keep their password confidential
• Changes in Malaysian legislation or government policy that may affect the platform's operations

The collection, use, and protection of members' personal data by prada4d is governed by Privacy Policy which is separate from these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to prada4d's Privacy Policy.

In summary, prada4d:

• Collecting only the minimum data required to deliver our services and meet legal obligations
• Not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent
• Industry-standard encryption technology is used to protect all stored and transmitted data
• Retaining transaction data in accordance with the legal requirements governing financial records

Prada4D reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will always endeavour to:

• Notifying all registered members of material changes via in-platform notifications and/or email
• Displaying the latest update date at the top of this document
• Providing a reasonable transition period for changes that materially affect member rights

Continued use of the prada4d platform after any changes to the Terms take effect will be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, please contact our support team to close your account before the changes come into effect.
